Sleep We’ve all woken up in the morning to see a puffy-eyed, sallow-skinned version of ourselves staring back in the mirror. However, sufficient amounts of sleep can work wonders on the complexion. With adequate rest, skin can rejuvenate and replenish itself more easily. 5. Products Using the right products is crucial. Find the best cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen for your skin type in order to daily pamper your skin into a healthy, refreshed state. Although visiting your esthetician and receiving additional treatment can speed up the process and improve your skin even further, the fundamental steps to achieving perfect skin are up to you. By eating well, staying hydrated, exercising, getting enough sleep, and using the right products, you will be on your way to beautiful in no time.
